The project has been realized to take part to the Innovation and architecture for the sea award, Jacques Rougerie Foundation‘s international architecture competition. We design and model the portal prototype. The project would be an alternative to traditional frame systems for a new living spaces concept. The process is based on square portals made of recycled plastic material ables to slide vertically on tracks to form places above and under water. The section is designed to ensure both ultimate tensile strength and buoyancy. The construction could be realized on water with wall-building technique without cement.
